People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. If at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.
Because of the handmade nature of most of our products, we don't allow returns on them... we couldn't in good conscience re-sell to someone else after the items have left our hands.
If you have received damaged goods Please:
- Carefully package the items and send them using Parcel Post insured or UPS with shipping charges prepaid.***
C.O.D. returns will be refused. - Enclose a letter telling me the reason for the return making sure that you include the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order.
***Note: We will reimburse you for the shipping costs you incur for returning truly defective merchandise or due to shipping errors caused by my error. Replacement merchandise will be sent via USPS Ground.
